Generalised Anxiety Disorder

Excessive and persistent worry and anxiety about a number of events or activities.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Experiencing obsessions (recurrent and persistent thoughts, images or impulses) and/or compulsions (repetitive behaviours or mental acts).

Panic Disorder
(with or without agoraphobia)


Recurrent and unexpected panic attacks (periods of intense discomfort or fear). There may also be anxiety or avoidance of places or situations in which a person fears having a panic attack.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Experiencing recurrent and distressing memories, avoidance of stimuli related to (and increased arousal following) exposure to a traumatic event where you felt extreme fear, powerlessness or terror.

Social Phobia

Noticeable and persistent fear of one or more social or performance situations.

Specific Phobia

Noticeable and persistent anxiety upon exposure to a specific feared object or non social situation, often leading to avoidance.
